District 58 schools support more than 5,000 students annually and the need for new student teaching aids, tools, and technologies changes regularly. The Education Foundation of Downers Grove District 58 continuously seeks new and unique funding opportunities to support this annual need.

The Education Foundation is committed to funding educational projects and initiatives that would not otherwise be funded by District 58 due to limited financial resources. 

Our Board of Directors

The Education Foundation of Downers Grove District 58 is a 501c(3) nonprofit, tax-exempt philanthropic group of volunteer community members that believe in the vision of enhancing the education of District 58 schools. 

Our Schools

The Education Foundation supports thirteen schools: Belle Aire, El Sierra, Fairmount, Henry Puffer, Highland, Hillcrest, Indian Trail, Kingsley, Lester, Pierce Downer and Whittier Elementary Schools, along with Herrick and O’Neill Middle Schools.
